About Oak Tree...

Oak Tree Golf Course is a destination on the rise once again on the West side of Indianapolis.  With a new management team determined to bring out the very best in the course, we hope you come to see what the new Oak Tree has to offer you!

For 28 years Oak Tree Golf Course was known as the Plainfield Elks and was a public golf facility, only offering memberships to Elks Lodge members.  The front nine which was designed by Indiana's master golf course architect Pete Dye, was built in 1962.  Oak Tree Golf Course came to be the golf course that it is today in 1992.  During the year of 1992, designer Harry Smith added the back nine and driving range to the golf course.  In the year 1998 the public was allowed membership to the golf course for the first time; and the current name Oak Tree Golf Course was born.

Currently the golf course still welcomes the public and strives to remain a strong member of the Plainfield community for centuries to come!  We provide a wonderful family atmosphere that everybody can enjoy.
